today i watched a canadian movie "Les Invasions barbares". and there is a scene with the 9/11 attacks. remy, the star of the movie, states that this is a very minor casualty compared to our history as humans.
the spanish and portuguese (happen to christians) killed 150 million native indians in the americas, and then the french and english came (happen to be christians too) and killed some other 50 million indians!!!! that's way more deaths than the first and second world wars (who were started by christian countries) have resulted in. that's way more than atheist russians and chinese have killed, way more than fanatic muslims and the islamic empire have acheived.
so please stop it with all the "we are very peaceful" crap.. all religions have caused destruction and terror.

The number of Indians death is very large!!! Very very large!!!
Anyway. Human history is full of wars and people getting killed because of these wars. But note something, all the religions and political views are admitting and trying to fix what was done by their followers.
For example,
You, yourself, heard about the European invasion from the Canadian TV.
The later pope has sent letters asking for forgiveness from all the people that were heart from the church wars in the middle ages.
Yet, it is the twenty first century and the muslims are still believing that the Jews, Christians and other nonmuslims are trying to destroy Islam (لن ترضى عنك اليهود و لا النصارى) and that these people should be fought until they become muslims.

Hey man....this is the 1st time that I see a cool reply from you...are you OK ?
anyway we know that no one can destroy Islam this is a fact......and I heard that Afghanistan occupied the United States with their Iraqis allied and killed alot of Americans , is this true? I'm just asking.....
oh and I heard that Tel Aviv is under siege....regarding the Syrian troops who are occupying the golan heights

do you want another fact...yes we live in the twenty 1st century and as Muslims we are thinking to kill all the Christians and we will start from Syria...can you believe it ????????????????????????????

hmmmm
actually.... we do have two different point of views here..... the Armenians who claim that the Turkish did a genocide in 1915 and killed about 1.5 million Armenians..... the dominant Armenian's explanation for such massive killing is simply religious explanation...... they say that the Islamic empire killed them because they are Christians.
the turkish, on the other hand, claiming that it is true that Armenian were killed in 1915, but that was during the world war 1...... so it is the war circumstances that killed the Armenian..... they are claiming that the Armenians supported the Rusians (the Turkish enemy at that time) and they were taking orders from the enemies and did a revolution against the Empire and fought the Turkish..... so it was a natural reaction from the Turkish to stop them...... the turkish admit the killing..... but denies the numbers (1.5 million) and blame the war condition for such killing..... therefore..... what happened back in 1915 was not an organized genocide....
Regardless my personal opinion in which I consider what happened to the Armenians as Genocide..... I would advise the Armenian community to ask for a neutral international investigation..... this investigation must includes members from both the Turkish and the Armenians..... and some Neutral countries..... the Turkish also have to accept such call and cooperate with the investigation.... that is for their best interest I guess
the Turkish also.... in my point of view...... have to admit some massive killing against Alawits, Druz, Maronites...... they have to admit such genocides as well in their history.....
So.... as we can see it is a very complicated issue..... and needs to be treated delicately I guess!
